If you would like to come to us that’s absolutely fine. Indeed, many of our customers prefer to come down to our premises and see the actual operations on a day to day basis and how we pack and ship the stock and where it is going to be held.

Once we’ve both ascertained we can move forward into a business relationship, we would ask you to send through to us your stock sheet so we can see exactly what stock you’re carrying at any one moment and the volumes of each product. We would also start to transpose this onto our web depot system. You can find details of our web depot system in the stock management tab on the left hand side of this page.

We are now ready to either come and collect or for you to deliver your stock to us. We suggest that this is organised for a Friday or Saturday so that your business has minimal down time. On receipt of your stock we will do a full inventory checking it off against the stock sheets you already sent us and uploading this information to our online web-depot service management system. Depending on the quantity of stock and stock lines you have, this process could in fact take a good 2 days. We would need to code all your products if they’re not already coded and allocate a location number and sequence to each product so we can easily find your stock and this facilitates our picking process.

Once we are 100% happy your product is stocked in a logical order and easy for us to pick, we will then be ready to start fulfilling all your orders as of Monday morning.

How do you send your orders to us? Either you can use our web depot system, which I have previously mentioned, but if you have your own current system we can easily adopt that. Most of our customers prefer to just simply send us a CSV file with a list of all their orders for that day and we then generate adhesive address labels and/or invoice dispatch notes which we print here in house. You simply need to tell us how you would like the items sent and we follow your instructions.

At the end of each day, we will scan and send through to you your daily account purchase sheet by e-mail which details every single order we’ve packed and shipped that day and also itemizes the cost. You can then keep an exact tab on how much each order is costing you to fulfil, as well as receive all your tracking numbers where required.
