Mail Forwarding

This service is used in conjunction wit h o ur post box service. With so many people working regularly abroad or all over the UK, as well as others with a second home abroad, mail forwarding services are proving more and more popular.

Quite simply we make sure your mail keeps up with you. Some of our mail forwarding customers ask us so send their post onto them every single Friday which we can do so by special delivery Saturday guaranteed, ensuring they receive it when they know they are going to be at home to sign for. Others ask us to sign a confidentiality agreement which allows us to open their post and scan and email it to them. This way they receive it pretty much as soon as we do.

The latter option is perfect for customers who find themselves regularly abroad. Having said this, if you prefer to receive your post on a daily or ad-hoc basis we can certainly do this too. We would generally send your post onto you by airmail, international signed for, or courier is also an option which offer varying degrees of security and speed. We can also send important documents immediately by Fed-Ex which ensures they get there next day, fully tracked and with a signature service.

Our mail forwarding service is very good value for money. We charge just £1.00 to forward your post and on top of the cost price of an envelope and postage or courier fees.

Whether the arrangement is permanent or just literally one off, we can accommodate your every requirement for this service. You would simply need to give us the address of where you are , plus the date and time and we would make sure that your post arrives with you at that time and date. In fact, recently our mail forwarded post arrived at one of our customers hotels before they did!
